I strive to inspire, motivate, and connect with people, by creating motivational mentorship, content and educational resources that foster enlightenment and awareness. Having collaborated with numerous individuals worldwide, I feel incredibly fortunate to have a network of wise, successful, caring, and supportive individuals around me. It truly takes a village, and I am deeply thankful for the one I have.
It's been a journey and it's taken me a while to get here. I originally launched R:CH in 2012, which I had to pull down. I wasn’t ready for the load or responsibility, so I explored and discovered my true North, absorbed new knowledge, skills and met different people.
I won't pretend, the journey has been rough, it’s been challenging, filled with loss, betrayal, beautiful lies and many disappointments and distractions.
Yet, my father embraced me with so much love and instilled in me essential values; always stay hopeful, be grateful for what you have, never harbour resentment, stay loving, learn from your failures, take responsibility for your choices and actions, and be at peace with them, and remember that you must be your own hero!
I would rather walk in the light of my own truth, than to be stuck in the shadows of someone else's lies!

Growth is painful, yet it forces you to move forward, with growth comes experience and expansion! Life is about exploration, trying new things, meeting new people, going to different places, opening your mind and heart to difference and most importantly, don’t be too hard on yourself, there is beauty in imperfection.
Trust your instincts and never compromise your values; there is always an alternative path, you just need to give yourself that time to heal, re-energise, get up and get going, we've got dreams to achieve people!
Never say never to always, because there is always a way and together we will find it!
